Northrop Bands

Concert Bands

Northrop offers 3 levels of concert band. We have beginning band for players 1 year or less, intermediate band for players 2 years or more, and advanced band for performers at the highest level at Northrop.

Northrop Big Orange Pride

The Northrop Big Orange Pride is an award winning marching band in Indiana. Noteworthy awards include ISSMA Scholastic A Finalists in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Northrop Jazz

Northrop offers 2 jazz bands. Jazz 1 is a class and is the top jazz ensemble. Jazz 2 meets after school 2 days a week. Northrop hosts the Barry A. Ashton Jazz Festival each year in March.
